Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp recently received a major in-game update, which added a new feature to one of the game's premium subscription plans, and also introduced lots of 'quality of life' improvements. First, the game's Cookie & Depot Plan has been changed into the 'Furniture & Fashion Plan.'.
You can walk somewhere by simply tapping your destination on the screen—or dragyour finger across the screen, and your character will follow along. If you want togo to a different area, open the map, choose a destination, and select Let's go!
Tap the Craft icon to make furniture. When it's finished, it will be marked Complete!You'll need to acquire certain craft materials to craft a piece of furniture.If you don't have enough craft materials, you can use Leaf Tickets to acquire them and then make an order.And if you can't wait any longer to see the finished product, you can also use Leaf Tickets to immediately complete the crafting process.
If you see a shadow of a fish in the river or the ocean, tap on it to cast your line.Once the fish bites, an exclamation point (!) will appear over it. Tap quickly to reelthat fish in! If you're having a hard time catching a certain type of fish, a throw net cancome in handy. But remember—different types of fish live in the ocean and in the river.
If you're holding your net at a recreation spot, that means you can catch bugs.To start, tap on a bug. When you're close enough to catch it, an exclamation point (!) will appear.Quickly tap again to trap the bug in your net.If you're having a hard time catching a certain type of bug, you can use honey to catch many types of bugs at once.
You can use the Arrange button on the right to place furniture at your campsite or inside your camper van.Tap on a piece of furniture to rotate it, or drag it across the screen to move it to a different spot.If you no longer wish to display an item, tap the Put Away button and then tap on the furniture you wish to store.
Try your hand at mining for minerals..and then exchange those minerals with Lloidfor Bells and craft materials! The rewards for mining the quarry change throughoutthe day, so check back often. You can enter by getting help from your friends orby using Leaf Tickets.
Items you receive as gifts are sent to your mailbox.When something's in your mailbox, the mailbox icon will start flashing. Remember to check it frequently!
Other players will appear at recreation spots from time to time. Don't hesitate to reach out and become friends!You can become friends in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp with your real-life friends by sharing your ID with them.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp has always received mixed reviews from the gaming community. The mobile version of this PC game released first in Australia in November 2017. The game released in 41 other countries worldwide a month later.
However, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is under public scrutiny again, after Nintendo released its new update.
The most notable feature of this new update is that Nintendo has added AR effects to the game. The AR Camera feature allows players to place characters and features from the game in real-life places and photograph them. Furthermore, the update also includes an AR Cabin feature. This allows players to decorate a cabin virtually with characters or items of their choice. They can then view them using the augmented reality feature of the game.
Additionally, Nintendo announced that this new update also includes a lot more space for furniture and campsites with items placed in them. They are also offering a month's free subscription to the 'Furniture and Fashion' plan, which usually costs about $7.99/month.

The new update of Pocket Camp requires higher system requirements, so the previous versions of the game are now unusable unless you have a compatible device.
In case of iOS, the game requires at least iOS version 11 to run, as opposed to the earlier requirement of iOS 9. Furthermore, Android users require Android 5 along with a 64-bit device, whereas earlier the game required Android 4.4 to run.
This did not sit well with most players in the community, who made their complaints heard all over Nintendo and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp's official Twitters.
'Highkey dumb that just because of the ar camera players aren't able to play pocket camp? how hard is it to just avoid that one part if the phone isn't compatible? at least let them play the game minus that feature,' read one comment on the post by Nintendo.
